How many social accounts can I connect?
That depends on your plan. Free includes 3 connected social accounts, Starter includes 7, and Growth includes 15. A higher Scale tier for teams and agencies is coming soon.
Can I connect 2 accounts to the same platform?
Yes. Your account limit is based on total connected profiles, not one account per platform.
How many posts can I make and schedule per month?
The Free plan includes 15 posts and scheduling actions per month. Starter and Growth both include unlimited posting and scheduling within their supported platforms. Twitter/X is available on Growth and is not available on Free or Starter.
What types of content can I post?
You can create and schedule videos, images, text posts, carousels (multiple images), and reels, depending on platform support.
Will my posts get less reach using this app?
No. Your reach should be the same as if you posted manually.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there is no lock-in. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can request a refund within 7 days of being charged. Just reach out by email in that time frame.
Do I need to share my social media passwords with you?
No. We do not ask for or store your passwords directly. We use official authentication methods provided by each platform.
