TimelySocials data deletion instructions

You control whether TimelySocials remains connected to your social accounts. You can disconnect individual accounts immediately or request deletion of your full TimelySocials account and associated personal data.

Disconnect connected social accounts

Sign in, open Social Accounts, and use Disconnect beside each Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or other connected profile. This removes the stored connection and its access credentials from TimelySocials.

Request full account deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and use the subject "TimelySocials data deletion request." Include the account email and any workspace names that help us identify the correct account.

We verify and complete the request

We may verify account ownership before deletion. We will remove eligible account data, connected social credentials, drafts, scheduled content, and stored media, except records we must retain temporarily for legal, fraud-prevention, billing, or security obligations.
